LICAF - Lake International Comic Art Festival
The Lakes International Comic Arts Festival (LICAF) is a unique comic art event and year-round programme, celebrating all forms, genres, and styles of comic art. It includes live draws, interviews, presentations, workshops, exhibitions, book launches, children’s activities, a Comics Marketplace, and an International Comics Rights Market. Under the title Comics Can Change the World, LICAF is delivering projects in its local community, across its region and country and with partners internationally.
